Park Hotel Laim - Munich

The hotel's location was awesome-just steps away from the U-Bahn 🚌 Room was spacious and included a minibar. One downside was the air conditioning. It really didn't cool down well at all.

This hotel is nicely located near the end of the U3 line....very short timeline to get to the Centrum. Nice clean hotel with a great breakfast area. I would stay at this hotel again.

Some of the rooms face a major street but the window are thick and protect against the noise.

It's one step from the subway to the hotel. Beautiful interiors. Next door is a good Georgian restaurant, and at the opposite exit from the subway excellent restaurant with German cuisine (you should book a table in advance).

The room for three is quite small, and the bathroom was so space-saving that the toilet lid does not open completely (very inconvenient). Very bright nightgowns, if one is on, the whole room is lit. There are carpets on the floor and slippers, even the simplest ones are not provided. Of all hygiene, one universal detergent. To the center by subway 6 stops (time is only 10 minutes), without transport (or car) to get nowhere, so when comparing the cost should be considered.

Air conditioning struggles to handle heat, especially on the third floor. Inadequate for comfort in warmer weather. Some rooms show signs of age, like stained carpets and outdated furniture, which could use a refresh.

Very nice apartment, excellent room service, convenient underground parking. Large refrigerator, kitchen is well equipped.

No bathrobes.

Very friendly staff. Convenience to city and shopping via subway. Convenience to restaurants. Daily buffet breakfast provided. Extremely clean! I stayed in a smoking room reluctantly due to availability and didn't even notice that it was a smoking room because it was so clean. Overall, a very cozy affordable place to stay in Munich.

Location: the hotel was very close to a couple restaurants as well as the centre of Munich. The breakfast was well priced and lovely with real eggs cooked and also fresh products and attention to detail.

Great Location and Comfortable Rooms

The room was spacious and included a mini-bar at no extra cost, a nice touch. The bathroom was well-appointed but be careful with the bathtub since it can be slippery. The location is unbeatable, with a U-Bahn station just outside the door. The staff were accommodating, but it would be great if they offered coffee machines in the rooms for that early morning fix.

Here's the good and the not-so-good

Recently renovated rooms with a comfy layout and unbeatable location near a U-Bahn station. Friendly staff, and you're greeted with complimentary drinks too!

Breakfast pricing was a bit steep at €18 and not always up to par in variety. Noise from outside at night could disrupt a peaceful sleep, impacting relaxation during your stay.

we choosed hotel because of nice photos of rooms and lobby, and we were shocked when the receptionist escorted us to nearby building with no lift, stairway looked horible compared with the marble one on photos, but when we entered the huge family appartment with nice decorations and furnishing we were satisfied, except bathroom and toiletes need renovation

Location, room and staff is good.

Internet was very slow and was 1.5 euro per 1 hour. Too expensive.

Easy access to Munich adventures

The cheerful staff made every interaction pleasant, and getting around was easy with the U-Bahn right across the street.

The bathroom could use some updates, as it felt a bit dated. WiFi on the third floor was unreliable, challenging to stay connected .
